Morning Movement Classes at 7AM GMT for 20 minutes designed to get your mornings off to a better start.
There will also be a recorded workout emailed to you at 6am each day for you to complete at your own discretion if you are not able to attend the morning movement class.
A weekly email with progress and updates will be sent.
Daily encouragement.
PDF version of Journal & Recipe Book will be sent to all participant in their Summer Shred Pack.
